Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is open to all new and existing Betway customers.
2. Customers must enter to qualify for this promotion by doing either of the following:
3. Enter via banner images on the site by clicking the “Bet Now” button and following the promotional requirements
4. Enter via the SMS link
5. Once you’ve entered the Free Bet Club promotion, you do not have to re-enter in following weeks.
6. Once you’ve entered the Free Bet Club, you must place a qualifying Multi Bet of N5,000 or more during the week to be awarded with a Free Bet to the value of ₦1,250 in the following week.
7. Free Bets are awarded on Monday and Wednesday.
8. Qualifying Multi Bets require:
9. Minimum bet amount of ₦5,000
10. Minimum odds per leg: 1.15
11. Minimum total odds: 1.5
12. Minimum legs of 3
13. Betslip must result in within the week
14. Total amount of qualifying Free Bets awarded: ₦1,250 in the form of two separate ₦625 Free Bets.
15. Bets must be settled between Monday 00:01 GMT and Sunday 23:59 GMT to count towards the promotion for that particular Free Bet Club Week.
16. All markets eligible, excluding enhanced price offers and Betway Boosts.
17. In the case of a selection becoming a “Void” or “Push” result, the bet will be eligible as long as it remains a treble or more and still meets the odds requirements.
18. Any bets that are cashed out partially or in full will not be eligible.
19. Bets placed with Free Bets will not be eligible.
20. A valid Betway account is required to participate in the promotion.
21. The promotion is only open to persons who are natural persons, 18 years or older, and either Nigerian citizens or permanently reside in Nigeria.
22. Any and all winnings are not transferable, and no substitution is permitted. Winnings will not be handed/awarded to a third party, but only to the verified winner.
23. All decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. The Promoters will continuously monitor any irregular behaviour, whether it be in entries and/or Participant’s details. Consequently, any violation or attempt and/or suspicion of violation or irregular behaviour and/or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the Participant.
25. The Participant acknowledges that he/she has been given an appropriate opportunity to first read these Terms and Conditions and that he/she understands and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
26. Betway reserves the right to change, amend, edit, postpone or cancel the promotion, prizes, rules, and terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
27. All Participants participate entirely at their own risk. By reading these Terms and Conditions and participating in the promotion, the Participant gives consent to these risks and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Promoters, their directors, employees and agents of any and all liability pertaining to any damage, cost, injuries, and losses of whatever nature sustained as a result of their participation in the Promotion and related events and activities, save where such damage, cost, injuries or losses are sustained as a result of gross negligence or wilful misconduct of any of the Promoters.
28. The Promoters, their directors, employees, agents and distributors, are not responsible for any misrepresentation (whether written or verbal) in respect of any Reward nor in respect of any warranties or undertakings given by any person other than the Promoters themselves.
