This promotion gives customers 5% Cash Back on net losses on the Eligible Game Category of the Day when they play between 5pm and 7pm. Net losses are calculated after winnings during the qualifying period are deducted. Cash Back ranges from ₦1000 to ₦100,000 and is paid within 48 hours.
Terms & Conditions
1. This promotion is open to all new and existing Betway customers.
2. The 5% Cash Back is eligible between 5pm – 7pm on each day of the promotion period.
3. To qualify, participants must wager any amount on the Eligible Game Category of the Day (either All Slots Games or All Crash Games, depending on the daily schedule).
4. Qualifying participants will receive 5% Cash Back on their net losses on the Eligible Game Category of the Day. Net losses are calculated after any winnings during the qualifying period are deducted. The minimum payout is ₦1,000 and the maximum payout is ₦100,000.
5. Qualifying participants will receive the 5% Cash Back within 48 hours of qualifying.

7. Prize / Winnings Communication
8. Prize winners (if applicable) may be contacted via email or SMS using the details they registered with.
9. The Promoter may require winners to complete an information disclosure agreement for verification. Failure to comply results in disqualification.
10. Prize winners may be required to sign acceptance documents and provide identity verification if necessary.
11. A valid Betway account is required to participate in the promotion.
12. The promotion is only open to persons who are natural persons, 18 years or older, and either Nigerian citizens or permanently reside in Nigeria.
13. Any and all winnings are not transferable, and no substitution is permitted. Winnings will not be handed/awarded to a third party, but only to the verified winner.
14. All decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The Promoters will continuously monitor any irregular behaviour, whether it be in entries and/or Participant’s details. Consequently, any violation or attempt and/or suspicion of violation or irregular behaviour and/or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the Participant.
16. The Participant acknowledges that he/she has been given an appropriate opportunity to first read these Terms and Conditions and that he/she understands and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
17. Betway reserves the right to change, amend, edit, postpone or cancel the promotion, prizes, rules, and terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
18. All Participants participate entirely at their own risk. By reading these Terms and Conditions and participating in the promotion, the Participant gives consent to these risks and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Promoters, their directors, employees and agents of any and all liability pertaining to any damage, cost, injuries, and losses of whatever nature sustained as a result of their participation in the Promotion and related events and activities, save where such damage, cost, injuries or losses are sustained as a result of gross negligence or wilful misconduct of any of the Promoters.

The Promoters, their directors, employees, agents and distributors, are not responsible for any misrepresentation (whether written or verbal) in respect of any Reward nor in respect of any warranties or undertakings given by any person other than the Promoters themselves.
